Proverbs are words that have been passed down from generation to generation with hundreds of years of experience. These; It is a general rule and is used to convey lessons learned from life experiences in the form of advice. As such, proverbs contain very important information about the thought-feeling style of each nation and its general culture in a broader sense.
In the process of learning a foreign language, it is essential to learn the culture of the relevant nation. From this point of view, learning proverbs is an indispensable element in learning a language.
The use of proverbs belonging to that language at the appropriate time by those who study a foreign language also carries direct traces about the level of language learning.
