Three little pigs bedtime story (illustrated)
A RETELLING OF THREE LITTLE PIGS
Once upon a time, there lived a mother pig with her three little piglets. As the little piglets grew up, the mother pig gave them a pouch of gold coins and asked them to build their own houses to stay safe from the big bad wolf. The little pigs set off to build houses to stay safe from the vicious wolf. The first pig went to a farmer and bought some hay to build a straw house, while the second pig went to a woodcutter and bought some wood to build a wooden house. The third pig was smart and bought some expensive bricks to build a strong brick house.

Joseph Jacobs (29 August 1854 - 30 January 1916) was an Australian folklorist. His works included The Three Little Pigs, Jack and the Beanstalk, etc. He was a student of anthropology at the Statistical Laboratory at University College London.
