The Russian government sends its force that consists of former Spetnaz soldiers, now mercenaries, along with former Iranian Quds Force members to recover any top-secret technology and capabilities of the Eagle-9. Someone within the unit sharing top-secret information the Russians are listening to. Both countries are trying to hide their secrets.
