Justice in constitutional philosophy; It can be seen from the perspective of (Positive Law) from the structural law that makes itself accepted; Or justice originates entirely from society; The goal is to improve the welfare of the society, which says strongly that the theory of social welfare or justice is not a man-made law, but a natural right; It can be seen from the prophet theory of natural rights that is to give what is natural or what is deserved. However, justice is a relative concept in a society that is on the path of change, regardless of how it is defined. It is undeniable that justice takes on a new and broader meaning every time the human being moves forward and to a higher level through slow change.
