إِنَّ القُرْآنَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ بِالحَقِّ مِنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ، المَحْفُوظَ بِحِفْظِ اللَّهِ، أَلمُعْجِزَ، غَيْرَ المُفْتَرى، وَالمُهَيْمِنَ عَلَى كُلِّ مَا سَبَقَ مِنْ كِتَابٍ مُنْزَلٍ قَبْلَهُ؛ لَهُ السُّلطَانُ القَضَائِيُّ وَسُلْطَةُ القَضَاءِ المُطْلَقِ وَنِطَاقُهُ فِي الفَصْلِ بَيْنَ المُتَنَاقِضِ، وَالمُتَضَارِبِ، وَالمُتَفَاوِتِ، وَالمُتَنَافِرِ، وَالمُخَالِفِ، وَالْمُخْتَلِفِ، وَالْمُغَايِرِ، وَالْمُتَبَايِنِ. وَفِي تَصْوِيبِ الْأَحْكَامِ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ لِمَا هُوَ شَرْعِيٌّ أَمْ لَا.
وَإِنَّ حُكْمَ الْقُرْآنِ لَا يَجُوزُ إِنْكَارُهُ، أَوْ جَحْدُهُ، أَوْ نَفْيُهُ، أَوْ حَجْبُهُ، أَوْ مَنْعُهُ مِنْ مُقَاضَاةِ كُلِّ فِعْلٍ وَقَعَ، أَوْ قَوْلٍ أَوْ دَعْوَى أَوْ مُمَارَسَةٍ نُسِبَتْ صِحَّتُهَا أَوْ بُطْلَانُهَا لِحَدِيثٍ مَنْسُوبٍ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ وَإِن كَانَ صَحِيحًا (مُصَحَّحًا)، وَلَكِنَّهُ يُخَالِفُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الْقُرْآن
