The inspiration for this book comes from my experience managing communications and media services within international organizations. For several years, we have tried to impose our vision and our methods in terms of humanitarian communication. This book presents itself to me as a collection or synthesis of the lessons learned from my journey in this field. I share the major challenges that I have identified and experienced, while proposing answers to certain problems encountered.
