We all suffer daily from conflict, both personal and professional. Therefore, the truth is that we all become strategists when dealing with conflict. It is not a matter of if but how skillful each becomes. The skill levels may vary but we all use strategies and tactics. It is unavoidable.
Conflict is conflict, regardless of size, location, weapons or those involved. Wars are simply examples of conflict on a grand scale says Carl von Clausewitz. The constants that apply to war are the very same that apply to personal conflict. Once this is understood and accepted, then the Art of War is there to become one of the best mentors ever, alive or dead.
