Yet, through the ancient lens of Vedic Astrology, patterns of pain, healing, memory, and karma reveal themselves with extraordinary clarity. This book, The Astrology of Psychological Trauma: A Research Study on Abuse, Healing & Karma, emerged from my desire to understand this connection on a deeper, more compassionate level.
Over the years of studying and practicing astrology, I observed a recurring truth: the chart is not merely a map of fate; it is a mirror of the soul's journey. It reflects not only our strengths and gifts but also the wounds we carry-some inflicted by others, some inherited through karmic lineage, and some carried from past lifetimes. I realized that trauma is not just a psychological event; it is also a spiritual script written in the cosmic blueprint of an individual.
This book is the result of extensive research, real-life case studies, and countless hours of contemplation on how astrology can help us identify trauma signatures and, more importantly, how it can guide individuals toward healing. The purpose of this work is not to diagnose or predict suffering, but to illuminate patterns that allow people to understand their inner struggles with greater clarity and self-awareness.
The chapters ahead explore the emotional vulnerabilities shaped by the Moon, the karmic burdens carried by Saturn, the wounds caused by Mars, the shadows of Rahu and Ketu, and the influence of specific houses and nakshatras. While grounded in astrological principles, this study acknowledges the deep humanity of trauma-its complexity, its pain, and its potential for transformation.
My intention is to bridge astrology, psychology, and spiritual philosophy in a way that empowers individuals to reclaim their narrative. Every trauma holds a karmic lesson; every hardship carries a seed of wisdom; and every soul, no matter how wounded, has the power to rebuild.
This book is dedicated to all those who have suffered silently, endured bravely, or healed courageously. May these pages offer insight, comfort, and a reminder that the stars not only show where we have been hurt-they also show the path toward liberation.
