Chase Black was an ex-Navy SEAL, now part owner of his brother's company, Black Security Company. They specialize in the top of line security systems and are also hired bodyguards. Chase get hired by Mark Kennedy, the music manager, for a foul mouthed rock singer Jaci Hurst who is being stalked by a stranger. Chase is not impressed with Jaci since their previous encounter was explosive. Chase is Jaci bodyguard for the next couple of weeks until she leaves for her music tour. Jaci and Chase are like oil and water together. The stalker finally gets close enough to kidnap Jaci. Chase finds out he could possibly be part of the reason for the Jaci's kidnapping from the result of another kidnapping from when he was a Navy SEAL. They could be connected. The stalker is seeking revenege. Cahse has to find Jaci Hurst before she dies like the other woman Chase saved did and time is running out.
