Origen, Jerome, Rufinus, Athanasius, Epiphanius, Cyril of Jerusalem, Eusebius, Irenaeus, Clement of Alexandria, Polycarp, Justin Martyr, and even the misunderstood Melito of Sardis are called to the stand. One by one, their actual words and practices reveal that these early voices of the faith did not reject Susanna, Baruch or other apocryphal works-in fact, they frequently preached them as sacred, inspired Scripture taught to them by the Apostles and their disciples.
