集成此書。共分五輯，曰「時評」「教育」「生活」「書畫」「宗教」，大多為曩日發表於香港《華僑日報》
（1984年1月至1990年5月）、《明報》（1992年1月至1995年6月），及加拿大之《時代周報》（1988年1月至
6月）、《明報》（1997年4月至2002年8月）與《星島日報》（2003年2月至2005年11月）等近千篇之舊作，
聊算半生學術寫作以外胡扯瞎吹之小結。褒褒貶貶，俱還天主﹔是是非非，盡化色空。苟能稍益於眾，此生殆無憾
矣。
