This is the sixth set in a series of 10 sets, each comprising three books: Student Book, Practice Book and a Teacher's Guide with a Final Test. Book 3B has 14 lessons and 44 pages.The children study consonant blends, complete sentences and follow written directions for drawing and printing. They participate in many role-plays as they travel with the storybook characters, the Aliens and Ruth and Spencer, on a rocket trip to Canada. This program stresses oral communication. It includes listening, speaking, printing, reading orally and following oral directions. To provide for easy presentation, the teacher's instructions are written in small boxes on each page. In these children's ESL lessons students listen, speak, read, write, draw, follow coloring directions and complete crossword puzzles.TYPES OF EXERCISES AND ACTIVITIES: - Some of these pages require the students to read and follow several different instructions.
