The idea to get this as a book came to me while thinking of the solution to deviant behavior of some deaf persons under my watch. This book highlight the need for counselors to be trained in sign language and to understand the deaf community as well as the deaf culture so as to effectively and efficiently guide the deaf persons, as a means of inclusive counseling. The goal is to educate the counselors and para-counselors, priests, teachers, caregivers, parents and concerned persons on the need to keep guiding the deaf persons as complete and holistic members of the open community and society at large.
