In the shadowy outskirts of Baltimore City, a forgotten stretch of train tracks carries more than just rusted steel and fading memories-it carries a warning. They say if you walk the tracks after dark, The Bunny Man will find you.

For a group of thrill-seeking teenagers, it's just another urban legend-something to laugh about, something to challenge. Daring each other to prove it wrong, they venture out one night to explore the abandoned ACME Mattress Factory, a decaying relic perched alongside the rails. But what starts as a joke quickly turns into a nightmare.

The laughter fades. The shadows move. And something-someone-is watching.
