Mary is an orphan in her early twenties. Her complexion is light and she is of medium height. Mary did not have a place to live. She sold items on commission at the market to anyone willing to purchase. The young woman did not own shoes. When Jenn and Mary met, the young woman was wearing all she owned. She worked for Griz and also sold for anyone who was honest in dealing with the young woman. During her time of selling, she also oversaw those younger than herself.
She is honest and hard working. Her dream is to have a computer that will give information on what passes through Griz's warehouses. Griz was believed to be about forty to forty-five and is a warehouse owner. He is a large man of dark skin. He buys and sells. Often picking up merchandise for the cost of shipping. This is his total income and Mary serves as an assistant in keeping track of what he has on hand.
