This Third Edition provides significant additional support for the success of Cosmos Theory:
1. This edition shows that at dimension r = 18 the Casimir force changes from greater than the thermodynamic pressure to less than the thermodynamic pressure OR from contraction to expansion of the Parent universe. Thus r = 18 marks the beginning of an acceptable Parent universe since r
