New York City 1981 - New York City as seen through a Velvet-Underground and Lou Reed obsessed mindset - belonging to an idealistic young guy - in fact, an extremely idealistic young guy - named Ethan St. Cyr. From that auspicious beginning - they make every sincere effort to move their beguiling interpersonal chemistry forward while, at the same time, seeking to see the full expression of their respective ideals.
