Using the ancient map of psychological alchemy-the Nigredo, Albedo, and Rubedo-we will journey together. We'll face the rot in the cellar (yes, that's the Putrefaction chapter, and yes, it's a bit smelly). We'll light the purging fire of sacred grief. We'll sit down for a startlingly frank conversation with your own Shadow (it talks back, by the way). And we'll learn to reassemble the pieces into something whole, solid, and radiantly authentic.
This is about turning the leaden weight of your past-the trauma, the shame, the old stories-into the golden wisdom of a self-possessed, powerful, and utterly real human being. It's the essential, often-avoided groundwork for anyone who wants to wield real magical and personal power without it blowing up in their face.
The tone is darker, the work is deeper, and I won't lie-it's challenging. But there's humour as a lantern, not as a bypass. It's respectfully dark, deeply personal, and fiercely practical.
Consider this your formal invitation to stop managing symptoms and start performing soul-level alchemy. The greatest magic you'll ever work is on yourself. Everything else is just decoration.
