As a child, Isaiah Chavis was at a loss. He began to dream scenarios which would happen later, recognizing as the event was happening, he had seen it play out once before. Through family, friends, acquaintances, and church leadership, Isaiah learned he had been blessed with a gift of insight by God. And with this great gift comes great danger.
As Isaiah grew and learned about his gift, he became haunted. Like his mother before him, dark forces began to plague his mind. Afraid to be diagnosed with mental illness like his mother, he chose to further his connection to God and to those who could aid him spiritually.
From the Darkness to the Light is Isaiah's tale of mind and spirit, and the battle between light and dark. A testament to the saying truth is stranger than fiction.
About The Author
Isaiah Chavis is an easy-going, independent, spiritual person. He received his fighting spirit from his mother. Chavis grew up in a home with a strong foundation in family values and the church.
With his good heart, he loves to make others smile. Because of past experiences, he has built a wall around his heart, but once you show sincerity, he is able to let down his guard and become one of the most loyal friends you will ever have.
