The equal treatment (from now on ET) paradigm focuses on this area and provides answers that ensure that the official remains on the good side. This book was created to make life in the ranks of civil servants more bearable and to show desirable behavior in the relationship between civil servants and society. The book is, therefore, primarily aimed at officials, but anyone interested in the topic can derive valuable ideas from it. The book's writing was helped by three decades of work in the field of opportunity creation, for which I am grateful to my wife, Éva Kiss. This book also contains almost a decade of experience in researching equal treatment. The research persist in a literature analysis, but my two decades of public service experience also played a role.When reading the work, I recommend using the table of contents because the individual topics, although built on each other, live separate lives.
