To this end, explanatory sequential mixed method design was employed in carrying out the study. The target population was youths from selected areas in Bedesa town. One hundred and fifty-four youth were sampled from the target population through a stratified random sampling technique. The required data were collected through questionnaire and structured interview. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the quantitative data that have been collected through close ended questionnaires, whereas the qualitative data gathered through interview were analyzed thematically to substantiate the quantitative findings.
