This is the higher-resolution printing and the same as the Hocking Hills Hiking Trails: A Guide to the Hiking Trails of the Hocking Hills. The difference is that the higher-quality printing costs a bit more and thus, the paper is higher quality and the images are clearer. Otherwise, both are the same!

Written by an author who actually hikes these trails and has taken the pictures herself! They are written by an author who is a seasoned backpacker, veteran hiker, photographer, and career author/naturalist who lives in the Hocking Hills and hikes all these trails often. Includes trail maps with parking QR codes. (By homing in with your smartphone camera and utilizing your mapping system, it will take you from your location to the parking lot) Packed with the Author's photographs. Each hiking trail includes parking/trailhead/trail GPS and QR codes, a description of hiking areas, directions, maps, and pictures of the hiking trail. Unique and interesting topics about the trails along with some local legends and history.
*Hiking compass, distance, and scales are found on the maps for each hike. There is a description and unique info for each trail. *QR codes (offering a map for most trails) are given for both the parking location and for the hiking trail . Google/OSM Maps and QR codes are used as the trusted site for consistency for the maps. *The maps are easy to follow and give the hiker a good understanding of the route and the different trails that intersect so that they do not accidentally follow an illegal outlaw trail. *The author takes her own photos for the book/trails and during different times of the year so others can see it in different seasons. *For those who have not been to the Hocking Hills, are new to hiking, or have simply not hiked in remote and hilly areas, many cell phones and portable satellite equipment devices (using gps/gpx) may not work in the deep gorges, valley, or between tall hills.
