The book, now available to the general public, invites readers to enter what is the largest Japanese motorcycle factory outside Japan and learn about the work management practices developed there under the name New Honda Circle. Located in the Manaus Free Trade Zone Industrial Park, the Japanese company has its extraterritorial space in the Amazon for the production of two-wheeled vehicles for the Brazilian market. Based on detailed research conducted with Moto Honda da Amazônia workers and their suppliers, and gathering material from different archives, the author constructs a narrative that highlights the philosophy that guides the Japanese factory's management practices: the 'culture' of collaboration.
