The year is 2031. The Chandragraham Democratic Government has announced that it will cooperate with the democratic governments of Earth in scientific and technological assistance. This announcement angers the communist dictatorial countries, who fear that their hold on power will be weakened if Chandragraham shares its advanced technology with the rest of the world.
The communist dictatorial countries hatch a plan to sabotage the cooperation between Chandragraham and the democratic governments. They hack into the communications between the two sides and send a false message that the United States is going to launch a war on Chandragraham in collaboration with NATO forces.
Chandragraham believes the false message and sends a large military force to Earth to attack the United States and NATO. The democratic governments are caught off guard and are initially defeated. However, they eventually realize that the message was a hoax and are able to defeat the Chandragrahamian forces.
The Chandragrahamian government is furious when it learns that it has been tricked by the communist dictatorial countries. It severs all ties with those countries and vows to never cooperate with them again.
The cooperation between Chandragraham and the democratic governments of Earth is a major setback for the communist dictatorial countries. It shows that the democratic world is united and will not be intimidated by their threats. It also shows that the future of humanity lies in cooperation and not conflict.
