I like to find the time to write what is on my mind which translates into poems. Hurt to Heal came into existence after a breakup. This book brings you along my personal experience of a heartbreak. One must hurt (face one's emotions) to be able to heal (free oneself from pain) from a heartbreak. In the book, the poems are also presented in way that transitions progressively from a place of hurt to a place of healing, accompanied with multiple self-reflections in between each poem. These self-reflections come from a place of healing, clarity and new perspective. I hope that my poems can help the reader in their healing journey.
