Vietnam has always valued poetry, with a vast corpus of poetic works. With a long history, Vietnamese poetry has employed three main script systems: Han scripts, Nom scripts, and modern Latin-based scripts. During specific periods, French and English also served as key mediums for poetic creation, resulting in diverse poetic styles.
