-Colliding with purpose May this book help you feel heard, seen, and understood. May my words and the Word of God shared in this book grant you clarity and, most of all, peace. Naomi Green Ward was born in Norfolk, Virginia, and raised in Hampton, Virginia. In her academic career, she matriculated at the Hampton Public Schools, Piedmont Valley Community College, Thomas Nelson Community College, and Regent University. She is the sixth child of the late Bishop Samuel L. Green, Jr. and the late Madam Vivian F. Green. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother. She is an administrator with a dream of becoming an acclaimed author. Naomi has been shaping young minds for over three decades as a youth leader in her church and her community. Her enthusiasm for young people is so great, she has dedicated a significant amount of her time creating different activities and programs for the young people. Naomi believes that life should be lived to its fullest. She is channeling her life experiences into her debut book, In Her Own Words. This book is filled with some of the lessons she has learned and pitfalls to avoid. Currently absorbed in her debut work, she finds that she is yet evolving and her life has a wealth of experiences and scenarios that can be helpful to others. Naomi holds a BS in Business from Regent University where she incorporated creative writing into her studies. She is blending events that occurred and academic knowledge with storytelling in her book, set to release this month. Naomi is available to speak at your next event as she continues to share her story and inspiration to those that will listen. She has expanded her reach by creating NEW Life. NEW Life is aired weekly on FB Live where she gives helpful life encouragements. To stay updated, follow her at www.neward.org
