The monograph is dedicated to the scientific justification and development of technology for producing new-generation lining thermal insulation materials based on basalt from the Aydarkul deposit, kaolin from the Karnab deposit, and synthesized chamotte. The work presents the results of comprehensive physicochemical, thermophysical, X-ray phase, and microscopic studies of raw materials and finished products. Optimal compositions and sintering temperature regimes have been determined, ensuring high thermal stability, refractoriness, and improved physicochemical properties of the materials. A technological scheme for raw material processing has been developed, and the effectiveness of the obtained materials in industrial conditions has been confirmed. The monograph is intended for scientists, doctoral students, graduate students, and specialists in technical and chemical fields.
