RESPIRO l'arte di MANUEL COSSU. Un saggio di Alessandro Chiodo. Manuel Cossu è nato a La Spezia nel 1976, dove vive e dipinge. Tramite il mondo del punk rock si è avvicinato all'arte, passando dal disegnare le copertine delle audio cassette alla tela. Spinto a dipingere da Arturo Vega, ha in seguito partecipato a mostre collettive e personali. Ha pubblicato due raccolte di disegni 'Waiting Room' e 'Reperti randagi' editi da traccia studio, costola di Mammaiuto. Tra le numerose esposizioni è stato ospitato dalla galleria Parione9 a Roma con la personale 'Riga dritto' nel 2018 e dallo Spazio Germi di Milano con 'fine pena mai' 2019. Entrambe le mostre curate da Rossana Calbi. Uscirà a breve una raccolta di tavole dedicate a Lilli Carati, prodotta da Jacopo Benassi.
