When the body is awake, one should try to push the consciousness to sleepiness. The body and mind should be allowed to float freely in the blue sky just like the flying birds. Soul should be carried from loneliness to seclude; mind should be carried from pollution to purity. With blissful state of mind, sea of calmness should be swum, and shore should be reached.
