This is a book about how to change your health with the magic of homeopathy. Back in the mid-1990s, I used homeopathy with the help of Dr. Barbara in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada to get rid of my migraine headaches which had plagued me for a long time. Once I got my period at the age of eleven, plus had a head injury at the age of fourteen, I was plagued with crushing migraines where I would rest on the cold bathroom floor in my mother's home and moan for hours when my period arrived. These migraine headaches were also aggravated when I would get into verbal fights with my boyfriend in undergraduate journalism school at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. This boyfriend works for CNN now.

Once I had graduated from my undergraduate degree, a friend of mine at the time named Laura told me about a homeopath that she knew and explained to me what homeopathy is. Homeopathy is a natural medicine, that plus noted as the second-best healing medicine in the world for curing all ailments. It is based on the science that likes cures and uses remedies rather than medication to heal people. Homeopathy also treats the individual patient as a whole, curing all ailments in the body at the given time.

This is a memoir of a pressing health challenge that plagued the protagonist of this story for twenty years and how homeopathy brought hope and healing.
