the first volume of this series summarizes the background of an unimaginable deceit of a particular class of holders of land called NAZUL originating from British era at state level by independent India revenue authorities
This PAN-INDIA SOCIO-LEGAL matter, having Political, Historical and State Administration significance is a true story of revolutionary solo legal struggle by the author against entry of lower class of holding without rights of nazul land in land records, acquired under British enactment, with irrational interpretation of law and lawful terms taken out of context by massive government machinery. This description applies to a specific class of land holders PAN-INDIA who are highly educated and prosperous but lack will to struggle against administrative injustice. This work has potential to create sequel of lagan film, contribute to dictionaries, History and Law.

The difficult to digest but true disclosures with lawful evidences are
i. NAZuL is an acronym of Non Agricultural Zudapi Land. (Zudapi means Waste) and a government department so named to manage such lands.
ii. All nazul lands are not government lands. Nazul Lands referred in this book are alienated lands under British era acts as per law and no more government lands.
iii. Lease forms are sovereign governing forms having nature of document of rights against common perception and are protected by constitution of India.
iv. Rent used in these lease forms has a character of annual tax - lagan on land.
v. Leasehold means liability to pay annual rent-tax.
vi. Freehold means no liability to pay rent-tax.
vii. Rights of freehold and leasehold are same.
viii. Clause of periodic renewals over 30-50-90 years etc is only periods of tax revision in same lease form on request and not a fresh lease. Rights are permanent.
ix. Unearned Increment is enhancement in rent within ceiling of six time's previous value, while unearned Income stands for enhancement in land value.
