Have you ever thought that self-development just wasn't for you? Or you've tried and failed various programs and challenges? I'm here to tell you that you can make change in your life for the better. This book won't tell you all the answers to life's questions, but my hope is that sharing my story will inspire you to take charge of your thoughts and your life. Because we've always had the power to progress-sometimes we just need help finding it.
