I printed my first edition of Let's Get Healthy, Saints! in 1991. It was based on the inspiration of the Holy Spirit coupled with my experience as a nutritionist, health consultant, and health food stores owner in Israel. I used the Bible as the major foundation for the book. My book was very well received, and it blessed many people with godly and commonsense principles on how to lead a healthy lifestyle and prevent disease. However, my ministry became involved and my schedule hectic, and after several moves and trips to many nations, I lost the manuscript! I cannot think of a better time to rewrite the book with even more information and by the power of His Spirit.
