This book will describe the laser-plasma interactions mostly driven by ultra-short ultra-intense lasers, including electron acceleration, ion acceleration, and generation of radiations.

Laser-plasma particle acceleration and radiation sources are intensively pursued due to their possibility to overcome the current limitation of linear accelerators and synchrotron sources.
