This is book #6 in the ongoing Desert Store Series. The story follows Timmon, a young boy with unique psychic abilities, who escapes his malevolent family to seek solace in a desert store situated on a positive Earth chakra. In the store, Timmon is welcomed and protected by a group of good psychics who appreciate his exceptional senses and serene nature. Meanwhile, Timmon's imprisoned father, brothers, sighted mother, and sisters hold intense hatred towards him. They unleash their psychic powers to destroy the desert store and then seek refuge in an eerie mansion in Colorado when their initial plan fails.
A year later, Timmon, along with two other troubled young men named Beck and Shem, travels to Gitwell, Colorado. Unbeknownst to them, their journey will lead to the resolution of their painful pasts. The story is set on the edge of a flat field lying between the evil mansion, Manfred's Folly, and Lou Cornfields' small cottage. It explores the dynamics of good versus evil, with two evil, monster mothers and one innocent, lost mother, and their soul-weary sons seeking to end the war with their mothers. The ending is compelling and unexpected. This book is a complex story that challenges conventional notions of Good and Evil, spanning 158 pages of nonstop intensity.
