A reader Randall takes us back to the youth of the Marigold Gang with great period details of the bygone era (the late 50's), their prom days, the Boy Scout troop campouts, etc. He has excellent insight into the camaraderie and friendship enjoyed throughout the years as the gang ages and becomes entwined in the curious findings when volunteering for the task of cleaning out the home of one of their recently deceased gang members. They call themselves the Marigold Gang, friends for life, watching the world go by until asked to clear out a fellow member's house.
