I have spent a year documenting my dreams whether they are unusual, strange, disturbing or what I call normal to see whether there is a connection between my subconscious and my mental health. I have suffered from mental health issues most of my life having Depression since I was 14 years old and then later on being diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder.
I have always been a person who dreams on a regular basis whether its dreaming about murder, cannibalism, metamorphosis, devil rabbits, zombies, de-skinning, birds eyes, all sorts...
'06th September- My hand is now covered in pinkish lumpy type fluid with a lot of red in it as well, it takes me a few seconds to realise what it is, the red colour is blood!'
'28th December- This stuff underneath what is left of this woman it looks like heaps of grated cheese then I realise what it is and I'm almost sick, I start gagging its grated skin!'
