Talking to parents can feel like a losing battle sometimes. You're growing up, figuring out who you are, and learning to make your own decisions. Meanwhile, your parents are holding on to the idea of protecting you and making sure you're safe. It's like you're both speaking different languages, even though you're in the same house.
But here's the thing, it doesn't always have to feel this way. The way you and your parents talk to each other can change over time. Even small efforts can make a huge difference. Learning to understand each other more isn't about pointing fingers or blaming anyone, it's about figuring out how to meet in the middle.
