Some people claim the old Insane Asylums are haunted even though they have been closed for many years. A lot of these types of facilities were shut down in the 1940's and 1950's. Others may have lasted through the 1970's. The grounds surrounding these old hospitals are most times littered with unmarked graves from the folks that died during the harsh treatments, and shall we say experiments.
