The realm of poetry provides unquestionable permission for release of truths. With the jotting down of poetry in my mind and the translating of it on paper, I am able to free my spirit and release truth into life's healing sphere.

In this body of work, the author attempts to emphasize the value of life itself and provides a rediscovery of the importance of consistently reviewing, with intent to overhaul, the condition of our inner being by facing those truths which are sometimes denied.
