Honesty from an amateur poet. A collection of poems from a New Zealander living a melancholy life. These are the inner workings of a 16-year-old going through a mental health journey. From start to end are thoughts in the moment, past, and future. Everything in this collection has come from the delicacy of my mind (hence the title). This is a piece of me. It might sound lame to the average person, but this is for me. I hope they can relate by sharing it with others and perhaps I'll inspire them to create. Wherever you are, whoever you are, whoever you want to be, know you can do hard things. We don't need to be bold or live a life that we don't want to live. Peace comes from the small moments and accomplishments. I hope to create an atmosphere within the pages, giving people mementos to remember in their own lives. This book is me, for strangers, family and lovers. It is illustrated using hopeful images to go along with the gut-wrenching poems, this is not only poetry, it is art. From start to finish, this is for those who care about the world.
