Natural Theology is a philosophical and theological work written by William Paley, an English theologian and philosopher, in 1802. The book argues for the existence of God through the observation of the natural world. Paley uses examples from nature, such as the complexity of the human eye and the intricacy of the watch, to argue that there must be a divine creator who designed and ordered the universe. The book is divided into two parts. The first part explores the concept of design in nature and the second part focuses on the attributes of God.
