Decoherence is due to quantal psychosis or quantal computer networks of the universe. The observer and observed are non-existent and are conscious quantal fields in multiple superpositions in the multiverse. They observe each other and are quantally entangled and quantally synchronized in space and time. Quantal errors lead to collapse and decoherence to the classical world. Quantal errors lead to quantal erasure. Decoherence occurs into macroscopic quantal states in the multiverse existing as multiple quantal superpositions spread over different universe as mirror universes entangled in space and time. There can be a computer simulated mathematical algorithmic brain, earth and universe functioning like a conscious live brain, earth and universe.
