Radical Authenticity - Stop performing different versions of yourself for different audiences. Show up as one integrated person who's real across all contexts.
Comfortable Vulnerability - Be emotionally naked without oversharing. Learn the difference between healthy openness and boundary-violating exposure.
Body Neutrality as Life Philosophy - Stop evaluating everything (including yourself). Practice acceptance over constant judgment and comparison.
