This fiction novel is about an Urban Real Estate Developer, Odysseus Winslow, the best in the country at his craft. By the time he becomes 40 years old he achieved a dream to start and finish a project in Texas with friends. The project scene is placed in Galveston, Texas not far from the ocean. It is a majority owned project by African Americans. It features a local restaurant, Houston This Is It Soul Food, owned and operated by Mr. Craig Joseph. Mr. Winslow frequents this restaurant with his friends and family members. It is a staple in the 3rd Ward Houston Community not far from Downtown Houston and adjacent from Texas Southern University. When the plot starts he is raising capital of $10 million to complete this dream project. After 10 years go by he not only finishes this project but many more. We learn the valuable lesson of how hard work, dedication, skill, along with working with the right team you can do much with little. While working on this project he marries the woman of his dreams. They have children. And they witness the strong ethnics and zeal for success with in their children. It is an outstanding read.
