Ok Music Level 2 is a music propaedeutic course with purely practical and functional purposes, designed to introduce children (8/12 years old) in the fourth and fifth grades of elementary school to the fascinating world of music. It aims to develop basic musical skills through fun and engaging exercises that stimulate creativity and learning.
Even teachers who have no musical training but wish to really make music will be able to pass on to their students musical skills that are expendable in life.
The 308 activities (771 audio/video files), presented in a simple manner and accompanied by clear explanations of their correct execution, will enable people to quickly and easily create tuneful choirs, instrumental groups, percussion, drumming or other groups.
Fun activities, usable from Monitor, interactive whiteboard, smartphone or PC, and online games found at www.okmusic.it, will allow knowledge to be fixed in a playful way. In addition, written exercises will allow for effective verification of acquired skills.
Finally, the annual schedule, with activities already organized weekly, will support and simplify the use of the text in the classroom by the Teacher and at home by the student.
All activities included in the course are structured and offered in a progressive order that will allow the Teacher to manage the music hour with absolute peace of mind. The main goals of Ok Music include:- Development of rhythmic sense: children will learn to recognize basic musical figures and consequently reproduce different rhythms through games and hands-on activities.
- Vocal education: singing, being an essential component of the program, will help pupils explore and develop their vocal skills.
- Introduction to didactic and melodic musical instruments: students will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with instruments such as: the recorder, melodica, diamonica, keyboard, xylophone, metallophone, and glockenspiel, approaching music practically.
Through our hands-on activities, learners will have numerous benefits, including:
