This book details the life and work of Michael Herlache MBA including his co-founding a boutique investment bank, AltQuest Group, while in graduate school at Texas A&M University as well as his various software (Businessbook, M&A Nexus, Marriagebook) and education ventures (Investment Banking University, Software Sales University, Love Logic).

Michael has dedicated his life to positive impact and innovation and developed a passion for finance while in undergraduate at University of Massachusetts Amherst while living in Chicago (his first home). He was mentored by the brilliant James Bergstrom in what would become Lovelife Architecture and this shaped his entire approach to the more social side of life (Michael is known as HercuStotle in the seduction community). He built amazing relationships with the women in his life and was able to build the perfect polarity dynamic numerous times with the women in his lovelife. He still thinks fondly of all of the women that he has had the pleasure of knowing. Once out of graduate school, Michael pursued independent investment banking with AltQuest Group until he married his wife, Svitlana Herlache, a beautiful and talented Ukrainian woman (married for going on 9 years now). While pursuing his initial career in investment banking, he documented his learning and this became the leading book on independent investment banking and the course taught by Investment Banking University (www.InvestmentBankingU.com).

Michael has always been passionate about self-improvement and education ever since his personal transformation starting in 2006 after listening to 7 Habits by Stephen Covey. After marrying his wife, Michael decided to make the transition to the go to market side of tech and became a leading tech sales professional that grew his career into an upmarket software sales account executive making six figures and beyond. He continued his independent learning based upon his career in software sales, writing the leading book in the field and founding, Software Sales University (www.SoftwareSalesU.com).

Michael ended up becoming a millionaire by investing his sales commissions into semiconductor stocks as well as megacap tech including Nvidia, SMH ETF, Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, Google, etc. He owns a home in Scottsdale, Arizona and has an active social life with he best friends as a part of the Shisha Squad and Drama Club. He enjoys taking his wife and friend group for cocktails and dancing on a weekly basis and has the best puppy in the world, Stumpy Herlache, his son. Michael practices positive psychology daily and writes on the topic as well as works out on a daily basis (Michael is a big believer in healthy lifestyle).
