After the explosive destruction of Blackwell Mansion, Danielle and Lizzy finally settle into their cabin at Dragonhead Lake. Unfortunately, not all is well. Mr. Preston King is the richest man in town. Some describe him as a wealthy recluse known to be unethical in his business dealings. Once a friend of the deceased Colonel Blackwell, he shares knowledge of a buried treasure and plans to be the one to find it, making him even more wealthy and famous than before.

While on spring break, the children- James, Jeremy, Stephen, Sheila, and Brandon, rush to gather clues, with the help of Officer McGilley, and Sheryl Bimberton, to solve the Secrets of Dragonhead Lake. Will Mr. Preston King beat them to it with the aid of his unscrupulous accomplices? Time will tell!
