The President's 2014 Address reveals the strategy of Kazakhstan's entry into the 30-competitive countries. The President indicated not only the program of economic development of the republic, but also developed the national doctrine Mәңгілік ел as a mobilizing, integrating philosophy, as an ideology of a socially oriented state, as a methodology of education of the younger generation. The doctrine of Mangilik El is based on the Turkic mentality, it has deep national roots, which makes it understandable and positively evaluated by all the people. The author reveals the deep foundations of the values of Kazakh society: universal labor, tolerance, spirituality and concern for the future.
